Taking the Key

Your Personal Guide to the Perfect Home.

When you are ready to buy a home or investment property, you want an experienced and dedicated agent. Let us show you how we can provide a unique and enjoyable home buying experience. The landscape of buyers real estate services has changed with the new ruling on Real Estate Commissions. To start the process of looking at homes with any agent you will be required to sign a "Buyers Agent Agreement". Please see our post that goes into more detail about this topic HERE

Buyer Service

Traditional buyer services: 2.5% at closing*

With either of  buyer services options you can expect a dedicated and experienced agent to guide you from start to finish through your real estate purchase. The Traditional Buyer Service option is great for buyers with less experience in the market, or those that are not sure about a move just yet and want to see what is available without being out any money upfront. Keep in mind as a buyer you can generally request the seller cover the all or a portion of the buy side commission giving you the freedom and flexability to negotiate based on your needs.

Exclusive Buyer

A hybrid option for committed buyers: $500  + 1.5% at closing*

If you are committed to the home buying process and want to leverage that commitment into some real savings, then The Exclusive Buyer Service is for you. You get the same great service with our traditional plan. You agree to pay $500 up front when we start the process and only 1.5% at closing*. This option helps us lower our total cost by covering up front costs. Its a win - win. As a buyer you can request the seller cover all or a portion of the buy side commission, and with the reduced fees this can give you even more negotiating power in the deal.

*Note on listed commission for Buyer or Seller Services

The listed commission for either Buyer or Seller services includes the fees for those services only. In some instances a buyers representative will request the seller to cover the buyer commission in the transaction. For more information on the specifics of buyer and seller fees please see our blog post coming soon HERE.
