With our traditional buyer services you can expect a dedicated and experienced agent to guide you from start to finish through your real estate purchase. This option is great for buyers with less experience in the market, or those that are not sure about a move just yet and want to see what is available without being out any money upfront.
Exclusive Buyer
A hybrid option for committed buyers: $500 + 1.5% at closing
If you are committed to the home buying process and want to leverage that commitment into some real savings, then this is the option for you. You get the same great service with our traditional plan. You agree to pay $500 up front when we start the process and only 1.5% at closing. This option helps us lower our total cost by covering up front costs. Its a win - win.
