We offer two unique listing options to give you the flexibilty to make the best desicion for your needs. Both of our listing options will provide you with the same high level of service. Your specific situation will determine which plan is right for you. Traditional Listing
A Traditional Listing plan with 2.5% commission.*
Both of our listing options will provide you with the same high level of service including high quality listing photos and video, online advertising, dedicated web page to share on social media, in depth property analysis to determine the best pricing strategy to net you the most money for your home. The Traditional Listing Plan is best for those that need or want to keep thier upfront cost to a minimum, sellers who are testing the waters with listing a property, or properties with an expected sale price of $50,000 or less
Hybrid Listing
A Hybrid Listing plan, you pay $500 to start + 1.5% at closing*
If you want to put yourself in the best possition to put more money in your pocket from the sale of your home or property, then The Hybrid Listing Plan is the one for you. This plan will require an upfront payment of $500 to start the listing, but the listing side commission is only 1.5% at closing*. This plan provides you with the same high level full service listing experience you receive with our Traditional Plan, but provides you with an unprecedented level of flexibility to ultimately increase your bottom line.
*Note on listed commission for Buyer or Seller Services
The listed commission for either Buyer or Seller services includes our fees for those services only. In many instances a buyers representative will request the seller to cover the buyer commission in the transaction which is determined by the buyer and thier agent. Please note that it is highly likely that a buyer will request that the seller cover the buyer agent commission, and this should be considered when establishing a listing price and expected net proceeds from the sale.
